Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and build files. Pink Pixel Studio retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner as outlined in the project agreement. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of early termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
